Bibi is go-getter, who gets a lot of pleasure creating order from the chaos her colleagues leave. She's the office manager who sees to it that everyone feels at home when at work. Her years of experience at a management consultancy have come in really handy here. Before joining valsplat in May 2008, she lived and worked in the vicinity of Barcelona for almost three years.
