Jeroen loves researching and making things better. And gaming. After his study cognitive neuropsychology he starts working at valsplat. Here, he unites his passions, creating a new superjob: playability researcher.
The job spawns a division: valsplat playability research. Mission goal: help developers making games more playable, usable and more fun. How? By letting users play the game, measuring, observing and analyzing gaming behavior.
In the weekends his wii is used by his nephews and nieces. He cannot help but observe gaming behavior. And thinking up ways to improve the game.
