Lotte Horn
Function: Usability specialist
Lotte studied Industrial Design at TU Delft because she loves applied technology, yet wants to make concrete things with it. She quickly realized that she was especially good at analyzing people's needs and translating them into tangible concepts and product ideas. So the recently established Masters Degree in Design for Interaction suited her down to the ground.
During user research, she really liked discovering that consumer products of her own design were always used and understood slightly differently than she would have thought beforehand. She implemented the insights end users gave her, to formulate her ideas even better.
Lotte has been working at valsplat since February 2009, after an internship of six months. She finds getting under the skin of various target groups great fun and loves to surprise our clients with the insights this yields.
